Trafalgar Group is in search of a **Maintenance and Admin Manager** to join their dynamic and strategic team. You need to be of analytical thinking, be proactive, deadline driven and can work well under pressure. The primary focus of this position is to offer oversee the Maintenance, Data Capturing and Meter Reading Teams.

**Meter readings**
- Oversee the meter reader to ensure that the meters are read on the appropriate dates and that the information is uploaded timeously.
- Generate monthly meter reading invoices.
- Generate quotes for new meter reading business.

**Maintenance**
- To oversee and support the Maintenance Administrator
- Oversee the driver’s daily schedule to ensure that statements and payslips are delivered on time.
- Regularly update monthly compliance schedule.

Oversee the team who is responsible for the following duties:

- Logging of all maintenance calls/ requests
- Handling all maintenance queries
- Liaise with the maintenance contractors
- Follow up on completion times
- Finalization of all maintenance jobs on the maintenance module
- Liaising with clients
- Liaise with Portfolio Managers and Personal Assistants
- Sending outstanding job list to PM’s & PA’s
- Keeping track and update of the Preferred Contractors List
- Assisting with obtaining quotations

**Data Capturing**
- To oversee & manage the data capture processes to ensure deadlines are met and quality control.
- Print of levy statements
- Checking and analyzing variant reports.

Oversee the team who is responsible for the following duties:

- Opening new buildings and accounts.
- Raise standard charges and opening balances
- Passing debit and credit journals
- Adjusting elec/water readings as per instruction of PM’s
- Load elec & water batches from electronic data provided by the reading companies.
- Monthly printing of statements to be sent to owners.
- Update owner details as per request from PM’s or when telephone contact has been made with clients.

Experience required
- Matriculation
- Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Experience in the Property industry
- Good communication Skills
- Must work in an organized and efficient manner.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
