Program Manager

To perform program management with regard to the setting up of performance metrics, regular monitoring of performance, ensuring controls are in place for every process, ensuring Risk Analysis is performed for every process, ensuring adequate training of resources including cross-training takes place, establishing communication channels with various onshore teams and building relationships for long terms success of the processes.

**Program Management**:

- Work closely with Head of Sales and the CX Executive.
- Setting up of performance metrics.
- Monitoring of performance regularly.
- Ensure controls are in place for every process, ensuring Risk Analysis is performed for every process, ensuring adequate training of resources including cross training takes place, establishing communication channels with various onshore teams and building relationships for long terms success of the processes
- Ensures BPO partners adhere to MSA / SOW guidelines through all points of service and TCRS customer interactions.
- Defines KPI goal driven metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability, assess BPO effectiveness, measure results, evaluate trends, and optimize the impact of brand changes.
- Supports and enforces the quality standards governing customer interactions, designed to ensure that the customer experience is consistent across all customer touch points, within our internal group as well as throughout our outsourced partner network.
- Provide strategic input on the BPO business line quality delivered and optionality to expand, shrink or change direction based on process changes and/or technology automation.
**Stakeholder Management**:

- Works directly with partners to ensure that all contacts are answered in the Project management cycle, addressed and managed with the highest level of service.
- Ensure client relationships and expectations are managed by project managers throughout the project life cycle.
- Engage key stakeholders, project sponsors and project managers from senior oversight perspective from discovery to project close, prioritizing and managing scope, cost, and timelines
- Influence, drive and resolve any major or critical issues arising with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure attainment of program and project objectives.
- Lead and guide project managers by example in building strong internal and external relationships, displaying sound abilities to listen, advise, influence, negotiate and make presentations at all levels
- Lead and guide the identification of opportunities to leverage opportunities and share knowledge and lessons learnt
**Reporting**:

- Report on a program level to senior management and stakeholders as required.
- Act as a communication champion, managing expectations and competing agendas of various stakeholders and program priorities.
- Host monthly syncs, documenting milestones, action items, and escalation points.
- Oversee the availability of consolidated reporting of programs, including overall project reviews encompassing key issues, risks, benefits and costs incurred
- Ensure program information suits required level of reporting and formats.
- Drive and ensure all agreed reported actions are met.
**People Management**:

- Lead and guide all the project managers and assisting the team and working closely with other functions within like HR, Finance, Tech, Operations and Risk to ensure processes receive adequate support from each function.
- Ensure performance metrics are established for each process; regular meaningful performance reports are produced and analysed leading to an action plan.
**General**:

- Moderate to extensive travel depending on project involvement.
- Varied shift timings dependent on client location/requirements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8+ years of total experience
- 4+ years as a project manager/ team lead
- Prior work experience in the BPO/ KPO/ ITES space

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R800,000.00 - R1,500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
