A Tracking Manager, who is often known as a Supervisor or a Team Manager, is responsible for managing a team of Agents.

This team would typically consist of 12 - 16 Agents, helping them to meet targets while reviewing performance and coaching them.

A full list of duties, including ensuring that Agents adhere to company policies like attendance is listed below.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the team, motivating and coaching them
- Hosting 1-2-1’s and team meetings
- Manage day-to-day line activities, prioritize and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures towards achieving KPIs
- Support the Campaign Manager to highlight operational risks and areas for improvement
- Work with the management team to identify and deliver positive change and business efficiencies

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Team management experience
- Must have good knowledge on Car Track, Fidelity and Matrix
- Good Coaching and communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a contact center environment as a Tracking Manager
- Experience within Cold Calling Sales
- Strong coaching and people-development skills through call listening, quality feedback
- Must have experience in the car tracking field with knowleg of different tracking devices.

Salary is experience related.
