Roles and responsibilities:
Order Processing: Receiving and processing purchase orders, preparing order confirmations, and updating the status of orders.

Inventory Management: Ensuring accurate inventory levels, reconciling inventory discrepancies, and monitoring inventory movement.

Vendor Management: Communicating with vendors to obtain pricing, place orders, and track delivery status.

Logistics Coordination: Arranging and coordinating the movement of goods from suppliers to customers, including managing shipping documents and customs clearance.

Data Management: Maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Service: Responding to customer inquiries and complaints, managing returns, and resolving issues related to product quality, delivery, or pricing.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency within the supply chain.

You will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and cost-effective flow of goods and materials throughout the supply chain.

**Education**:

- Certificate (required)

**Experience**:

- Supply Chain or Inventory Management: 2 years (required)
