We are a well established company looking for an enthusiastic, skilled and goal orientated **Telesales Representative **to actively drive sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

The applicant must be an excellent communicator, able to present solutions over the phone confidently whilst being able to effectively over come any doubts or concerns a client may have.

**Responsibilities**
- Proactively contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and promotions
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Accurately enter and update customer information into relevant systems
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role will be in your favour.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Accurately explain concepts, products, and services to prospects & demonstrate clear value in line with current needs and challenges.
- Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans, and interpersonal skills that facilitate and drive high-quality engagements and conversions.

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Background or understanding in the professional hairdressing industry will be in your favour
