**Position Overview**:
As the Contract, Sales, and Training Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing contract management, sales initiatives, and training programs related to cleaning and chemical supplies for our university clients. Drawing on your extensive experience in the industry, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive revenue growth, ensure contract compliance, and deliver high-quality training to support client needs and satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Contract Management: Manage all aspects of cleaning and chemical supply contracts with university clients, including negotiation, administration, and performance monitoring, to ensure compliance, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.

2. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue sales opportunities to expand our client base within the university sector, develop strategic partnerships, and achieve revenue targets through proactive sales efforts and relationship-building activities.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with university clients, understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to enhance their cleaning and chemical supply programs and overall satisfaction.

4. Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement training programs for university clients' cleaning staff and personnel, covering product knowledge, safety protocols, equipment operation, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize performance.

5. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and presentations for cleaning staff and personnel, both on-site and remotely, to ensure effective implementation of training programs and support client needs and objectives.

6. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to evaluate contract performance, sales effectiveness, training outcomes, and customer satisfaction, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.

7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of contracts, sales activities, training materials, performance metrics, and client interactions, and provide regular reports to internal and external stakeholders on key performance indicators, trends, and opportunities.

8. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies in all aspects of contract management, sales activities, training delivery, and operations.

9. Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and support to contract, sales, and training staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture focused on achieving company goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cleaning industry, contract management, facilitiy management, sales, training, or related roles in the cleaning and chemical supply industry, with specific experience working with university clients.
- Proven track record of success in contract negotiation, sales, client relationship management, and training program development and delivery.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in contract management software, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools and technologies.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation standards, safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Certification in contract management, sales, training, or related field is a plus.
