**Job Overview**

Key Responsibilities
- **Event Conceptualization**: Craft unique and engaging concepts for events across various parts of the business, including but not limited to our Tasting Room, Wine Events, Restaurant, and Adventure Golf. Your creativity will be the driving force behind memorable experiences that attract and delight our guests.
- **Marketing Strategy**: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our offerings, with a special focus on our 5-star villas. Your innovative approaches should resonate with our target markets and set us apart in the competitive tourism landscape.
- **Direct Sales**: Utilize your persuasive sales skills to directly engage with agents and tour companies, selling them on the unique experiences Benguela Cove offers. Your ability to connect and build lasting relationships will be key to expanding our reach and clientele.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure the seamless execution of events and marketing campaigns. Your role will involve coordinating with entertainers, vendors, and internal departments to bring your visionary concepts to life.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the tourism/hospitality industry, ideally with a focus on luxury experiences.
- Exceptional creativity and event planning skills, with a portfolio of successful events and campaigns.
- Strong direct sales skills, with a track record of effectively selling to agents and tour companies.
- Self-starter attitude, with the ability to independently manage projects from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
