We have an exciting position available for a full time Showroom Consultant who will be based at our upmarket showroom in Kramerville, Johannesburg.

Required to work ever second Saturday.

**Main purpose of the job**:
Promotes and sells Hertex merchandise, sample books and partnership programmes to customers and maintains the image and oversees the effective operations of the showroom in order to meet sales targets.

**Requirements**:

- National Senior Certificate
- Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Sales and Marketing or Interior Décor / Design (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years sales experience in a retail /showroom environment
- Strong interest in fabric / décor field
- Outgoing, dynamic and driven
- Highly motivated, loyal and committed
- Strong customer service

**Main duties**:

- Meet showroom sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Maintain showroom operations and image
- Advise and sell to customers in the showroom (including customers of sales consultants)
- Build productive relationships with customers and industry
- Support sales consultants
- Team focus
