We have a full time receptionist position available in Kramerville, Johannesburg.

Required to work ever second Saturday.

**Main purpose of the job**:
The main purpose of the position is to provide visitors with excellent customer service and supports the showroom operations in a way that presents a professional image for Hertex.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12 Qualification
- 4 years’ experience in client relations with exposure and knowledge of switchboard operations
- Customer Service orientated

**Main duties**:

- Provide a professional service and image to callers, clients and staff
- Calls answered and directed courteously and efficiently
- Enquiries from accounts, sales consultants and customers responded to courteously and accurate information supplied
- Order placing and quotation processes supported during busy periods
- Correct order issued to clients on collection and POD document signed
- Appro’s processed according to company policy
- Daily CRM report completed
- Documents, records and reports updated and distributed within agreed timeframes
- Coordinate administration and filing
- Support showroom operations
