**Primary Role**: Multi-media/Video Editing

Consult with and take briefs from clients; be involved from pre-production through to end delivery.

Visualise script, source voice over samples and music, create rough cuts, animation and online edits, inclusive of titles sequences, colour correction and final audio mix.

Online and Offline Editing.

Storytelling ability through edit and creative processes.

A keen eye for detail, colour, continuity, etc.

Grasp of different styles and pacing.

Understanding of various video formats

Knowledge of video format conversion

Basic understanding of audio editing

Sourcing of licensed videos, music, images etc.

Ability to work under tight deadlines

Ability to Execute Treatments

1 - 5 years video editing experience

Good understanding of full production process

**Technical skills**:
Ms Office Premier Pro Photoshop After Effects Adobe Audio Apps Good understanding of camera and file types Great understanding of file formats for end delivery 2 D and 3D creation / animation will be an advantage

Support Community Management Activities

Creating rich engaging content for social media channels.
Creating, managing and growing social media impact and reach.
Managing conversations and other incoming media with industry journalists, bloggers and communicators.
Engaging with customers on all electronic platforms to resolve their issues.
Creating strategic marketing/communications plans and campaigns.
Google Analytics and other measurement tools to provide reports on metrics.
Website and E-communication.

Events support

Provide creative support forevents and programmes, including global events, national and local events.
Contribute to event content, campaign and brand strategy for events. Ensure brand equity and visibility for companyevents.
Provide design/videography/editing and copy for events.

Secondary Responsibilities

Support Design Processes and Provide Input

Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type.
Confer with clients to discuss and determine layout design.
Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites.
Use computer software to generate new images.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements as needed.
Maintain archive of images, photos, or previous work products.
Prepare illustrations or rough sketches of material, discussing them with clients or supervisors and making necessary changes.
Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer.
Key information into computer equipment to create layouts for client or supervisor.

Support Copy-writing Processes and Provide Input

Develop copy/text that helps to build awareness of products, product benefits and services to stimulate sales and the achievement of revenue and profitability objective.
Ensure accuracy of copy in line with client brief and project objectives.
Successfully manage your time, work flow and schedule to meet strict and aggressive deadlines and adhere to approved budget.
Research and incorporate copywriting industry trends, techniques and best-practices.
Ensure Broadcast, Website and Social Media Reach and Engagement for companyBusiness Units, Subsidiaries and related entities.
Produce weekly newsletter and measure impact and engagement.

**Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree**: Graphic Design/Communications/Marketing/Public Relations or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in an agency or other corporate environment will be an advantage.
