Experienced Creditors Clark required by a logistics company based in Pietermaritzburg with strong creditor skills, payroll, and Sage/Pastel experience will be advantageous.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Capturing invoices for all companies
- Carefully and accurately verify and process all creditor invoices.
- Ensure all invoices are duly authorized.
- Issue purchase orders and order numbers
- Prepare creditor reconciliations.
- Capture and close payments on accounting systems
- Inter-company invoicing
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of payments.
- Effective preparation of creditor reconciliations to meet payment deadlines.
- Effective creditor document processing
- Ensure that all payment obligations are met timeously.
- Assist with creditors' accounts queries.
- Assist with Ad-hoc duties, payroll, and compliance.
- Requirements and Skills:_
- Minimum Grade 12
- 2-4 years of proven experience as Creditor Clark
- Finance or Accounting qualifications or equivalent added advantage
- Computer Literate - Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Must have experience with Pastel and Sage Evolution
- Invoicing, Creditors and Cashbook Experience
- Accuracy and Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines.
- Well-groomed with good office etiquette

**Must be able to start immediately**.

**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month
