Our client is seeking an experienced Purchasing Clerk to join the Head Office team, based in Camperdown, Pietermaritzburg
- Responsible for the administration of purchasing and logistics of al micro and macro materials for all branches
- Place orders directly to suppliers as requested by Purchasing Manager
- Verify prices and tonnage for each delivery
- Matching invoices on system daily
- Enter purchase orders into the system daily
- Ensure supplier list is always updated
- Process all non-stock invoices and allocating to the correct cost centres
- Run weekly reports
- Create and update all recons
- Administer transport sales and imports

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Debtors & Creditors experience
- Accounting experience will be an advantage
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers’ license
