Bookkeeper

Minimum requirements
- 1+ years’ experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Valid Driver’s License and own Vehicle.

Roles and Responsibilities
- General office administration.
- Ensuring client interactions are handled timely and in a professional manner with comprehensive and quality responses.
- Confirm all processed instructions to clients and the financial advisors.
- Communicating with clients and financial advisors.
- Processing and executing financial advisor and client interactions whilst adhering to operational processes and minimizing the operational errors which will include new client business, submissions, pension investment transfers as well as monthly fund switches.
