**Position - Corporate Sales Co Ordinator and Administrator**
A position has become available at Topline Book Distributors for **Corporate Sales Co Ordinator and Administrator.**
**Purpose**:
Co-ordination and Administration of divisions activities, by supporting the Corporate Sales Liaison/Manager in all activities pertaining to school and corporate sales, such as organising of sales and exhibitions for all sale events and Indaba’s etc.
**Key Performance Areas**:
Positively represent the company when dealing with clients on behalf of the manager
in communication via e mail, telephone and in person. Assist the manager with
maintaining CRM database of all customers, Interact with and liaise with clients new
and current as required by Manager, to support in the well running of the division.
Work to achieve departmental targets by ensuring sales and co ordinated to its optimal capacity to perform well. Assist the manager in liaising with the digital designer by providing him with details and ensuring that details on flyers are accurate before sending it to the client. Administration + Preparation
Assist with managing and picking appropriate stock for all Book Sales (School & Corporate)
Assist with Stock taking and relabelling where necessary.
Quality Control and clear out of non-selling stock.
Perform replenishment of stock lines and request key lines where necessary.
Assist with Special requests and Orders, Assist with set-up of all sales including transporting staff to venue. Make sure all special promotions are setup effectively at sales. Assist the manager with maintaining all equipment to ensure that it is in working order. Assist the manager with cash management and staff management at sales where required. Securing of float after sale and takings of the day. Assist in running sales from start to finish, Perform POS management functions at sales. Shrinkages, theft and damages at sales to be reported upon.
Assist the manager with day-to-day administration when in office, Stand in as acting manager when manager is not in office or at a book sale in a 2IC capacity?
**Minimum Requirements**:
- 2 - 3 years sales and admin experience
- Drivers licence required.
- Be willing to travel locally
- Work non regular hours ie weekends, early start times if required.
- Previous book knowledge
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Diep River, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
