Despatch Controller

The role will report into the **Distribution Manager** and will be based in **Tzaneen**.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Responsible for efficient stock & dispatch management.

Manage and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures related to returns and damages.

Ensure accurate stock count after every shift.

Analyse and report on variances with regards to stock counts.

When necessary, ensure the production flow is agreed and signed off with production.

Develop and maintain effective and efficient work processes and procedures complying with SOP.

Ensure team members are trained in and follow safe work practices.

Coach, Motivate and develop team.

Managing Despatch Reports.

Plan and manage staff scheduling.

Ensure the smooth running of Despatch.

Ability to work night shift when needed.

System and process control.

Risk management.

Adhere to health, safety and housekeeping standard.

Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.

**Minimum Requirements**:
Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.

National Diploma in Warehousing / Logistics or related field would be added advantage.

Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.

Excellent Communication skills.

Valid code 10 license.
