Requirements & desired skills;
- Relevant degree or diploma
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in 360° recruitment and placements
- Medical/Healthcare recruitment would be added advantage
- Solid sourcing ability
- Good interviewing techniques
- Experience in negotiating and closing placements and contracts
- Excellent communication skills
- Must have excellent telephone etiquette
- Must generate new business opportunities and source new clients
