Professional Receptionist required for well-established company.

Approximately 3 years+ solid Administration/ Receptionist experience essential. Your responsibilities will include placing orders, filing and setting up appointments with clients.

Friendly telephonic manner and excellent communication skills. You will be required to sell the services of the company. In-house position.

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license essential. Must reside within the Helderberg area.

Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. You are familiar with slides, presentations and Excel formulas. Pastel advantageous.

You are adaptable to ever-changing procedures and internal processes. Attention to detail is key Ability to be a good listener. Utilize your own initiative.
