Duties and Responsibilities:

- Provide a welcoming, professional, and efficient service.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable working environment in the reception and lobby.
- Adhere to the code of conduct and respective dress code for staff members.
- Assist management with any reasonable task brought forward.
- Monitor the reception and lobby by directing visitors to the correct areas and ensure that all members and visitors receive attention on arrival and throughout their visit/s.
- Answer all incoming calls, deal with requests where possible, take messages when required and direct queries to the relevant person/department.
- Promote the Company and its facilities by providing accurate information on all areas of operation.
- Handle bookings from the point of first contact, till the conclusion of the booking, by confirming and arranging pre-payment and accurately capturing the booking on Jonas.
- Provide assistance to the pro shop when required and work in conjunction with all relevant departments.
- Assist with taking and managing boardroom bookings for all meetings.
- Provide all members and visitors assistance in giving general info about the company.
- Have sound knowledge of membership categories and the scope of each.
- Sending out monthly member statements and printing copies for members when required.
- Creating and maintaining complimentary vouchers.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to the Marketing and Events Manager for all functions.
- Provide detailed information to persons enquiring about a function.
- Assist with the generation of reports from Jonas for the monthly board pack.
- Pull relevant reports and assist with all administrative duties for a Special/Annual General Meeting.
- Provide daily assistance to the Managing Director with administrative tasks and more.
- Become familiar with the Company's Constitution.
- The Company might request duties to be performed differently from these mentioned above when required. These requests will however be reasonable and lawful.

Job Requirements:

- Ability and willingness to always present a professional appearance and demeanour.
- Be passionate about providing excellent service and exceeding expectations.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Ability to perform critical tasks and limit mistakes, under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be detail-oriented and organised.
- Basic golf industry knowledge and familiarity with golfing terminology.
