**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and capture required information
- Assisting the National Logistics and Transport Manager
- Assist with Daily Administration
- Filing, data capturing, preparing transport documents when required.
- Prepare reports as required.
- Assist administratively where and when required.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by division you are assisting.
- Responsible for issuing all relevant documentation to the courier including equipment (including but not limited to) vehicle keys, fuel cards, thermometers and navigational tools, tablet devices.
- Ensure the Tracking trip sheet is correct as per the physical situation in terms of courier, vehicle and other resources before the vehicle leaves the branch.
- Monitor real time fuel consumption, speeding, braking and other driving and vehicle performance exceptions prior to vehicle returning to the branch
- Drafting reports on excel.
- Assist with creditor and debtors for your division.
- Assisting with costing reports
- Assisting the Mangers in the department with report preparation as well as Data Analysis
- Ordering of uinform
- Onboarding of new staff
- Adhoc duties
**GENERAL**
- Ad hoc requirements
**Minimum Requirements**
- Grade 12 with Accounting, Mathematics
- At least 2 years previous work experience in similar role
- Advance excel and data capturing
**Required skills**:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a team
- Communication skills (Verbal, writer presentation. Computer Literacy
- Time Management and Evaluation skills.
