As a Junior Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful execution and completion of projects within your portfolio. Working closely with Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
- Knowledge of the mining, food, beverage, or related industries is a plus
