Hoa and Bc Management Portfolio Manager

To assist with the day-to-day running of office.
- WeConnectu software knowledge
- Liaising with all parties such as Landlords, Tenants, Agents, Directors, Trustees, Attorneys, debt collectors, members of BC or HOA and other Departments.
- Capturing of data on our systems
- Liaising with transferring attorneys
- Assist with agent queries.
- Sectional title / HOA & BC management
- Knowledge of preparing the relevant AGM packs as well as other paperwork such as resolutions etc.
- Knowledge on how to conduct AGM meetings, relevant feedback and minutes of the meeting to all trustees.
- Knowledge of how to handle insurance claims.
- Credit checks/vetting
- Drawing up of leases and uploading/capturing when signed agreement received.
- Ensuring all compliant paperwork is in place.
- Knowledge of POPI and preparation of POPI packs on schemes
- Screening telephone calls, enquiries/requests and handling when/where appropriate
- Gathering of information from Lightstone, CMA
- Basic accounting when necessary
- Ensuring office is POPI and the PPRA compliant.
- Filing and uploading of all relevant documentation
**Requirements**:
- Valid FFC for the current year would be an advantage.
- Matric certificate
- PayProp / WeConnectu software knowledge
- High attention to detail
- Must be deadline driven and able to work under pressure with the minimum supervision.
- Self-starter and ability to work independently.
