Junior Sales Manager

A vacant position needs to be filled for a Junior Sales Manager in the Sales Department. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:
**Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to**
- Creating sales plans
- Providing training to subordinates
- Identification of sales goals
- Managing, maintaining and growing key accounts
- Recruitment and hiring of staff
- Performance management of team members and ensuring targets are met
- Motivation of subordinates
- Establishing and maintaining customer relations

**Requirements**:

- A proven management experience in the FMCG Retail and Food Services sector
- Some business acumen, understanding the costs and breakeven scenarios of customer service delivery
- Should be prepared to work 80% of his/her time in the trade
- Good planning and time management skills
- Must have own vehicle and be prepared to travel the whole of Gauteng
- Should have at a diploma/degree in Sales

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Daleside, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- management: 3 years (required)
