**Purpose**: To ensure the project schedule, budget and details of a given task are well organised. To communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board regarding any changes to the project plan. Organise reporting, plan meetings and provide updates to all stakeholders within the business.

**Project Coordination**
- Leading multiple large to complex scope projects simultaneously, with a high degree of risk, visibility, and urgency within a functional area or at times spanning multiple areas, divisions or outside vendors.
- Assisting or taking responsibility for troubled projects.
- Leading vendor selection in a project with a large number of vendors.
- Directing others on the project team (Project leaders or technical leads) to ensure the appropriate onboarding and oversight of technical contractors.
- Working with the project team to obtain the necessary resources to achieve project objectives.
- Contribute to project planning such as creating accurate project timelines, complying with regulatory steps, and identifying potential project related issues.
- Project specific leadership and support, including project management.
- Lead setup activities and communications with clients.
- Assist project coordinators in resolving queries and identify and escalate issues as required.
- Participates in project, proposal, or functional meetings.
- Coordinate and track all information, communications, documents, materials and supplies for assigned projects.
- Planning project schedule/timeline in order to meet deadlines.
- Anticipate/identify roadblocks ahead of time and offering solutions to ensure adherence to workflow.
- Addresses and solves day to day project coordination challenges independently.

**Project Administration**
- Participates in planning and developing methods for project implementation and administration.
- Responsible for maintaining information in internal systems, including project metadata when required.
- Produces various project management reports including project status and project close-out reports.
- Collect analyse and submit reports for seniors as required by the project.
- Submit revision requests or budget repricing as and when required.
- Report on status of project administration.

**Reporting**
- Ensure submission of accurate reports within the specified timeframe to all relevant stakeholders.

Cost management and updating deal costing sheets

**Planning and Organising**
- Arrange all required resources towards achieving the company’s objective to clients to ensure deadlines are met, tasks are completed, and problems are resolved.
- Revising plans to account for changed circumstances and adjusting behaviour and output as project requires.

**Communications (Internal and External)**
- Acknowledge all written communication within one hour of receipt and ensure thorough response within 24 hours thereof.
- Provide feedback and timely reporting on all activities to the relevant stakeholders within the business.

**Client Relations**
- Resolve client queries timeously.
- Escalate any clients concerns to management and addresses all issues timeously and in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Manage client expectations.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure client retention.

**General**
- Identify and advise management of any other revenue generating opportunities spotted.
- Comply with company and client policy and procedures.
- Ensure professionalism whilst maintaining and friendly approach to all stakeholders.
- Promote the company brand.
- Live the company values.
- Ensure workplace is in a neat and tidy condition.
- Works collaboratively with other team member to achieve common goals by openly sharing information and supporting or providing assistance in other departments as required.

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**

**Education/Qualifications**:

- PRINCE Certification
- PMBOK
- Scrum Master

**Licences/Accreditations/Registrations**:

- Driver License

**Work Experience & Duration**:

- 2 - 3 years’ experience in Project Management

**Other**:

- MS Excel - advanced
- MS Word
- Microsoft 365 package
- Understanding of telecommunications and ICT technologies including but not limited to Wan, Lan, TDM/PRI, Ethernet, VOIP, Wireless, Internet, Fiber technologies and signal flow.
