Junior Recruiter

Career Custodians, part of the Village N Life group, seeks a Junior Recruiter to join their team.

**Main purpose of the position**
- Recruitment and induction of new staff
- Ensure all documentation is ready and correct for all new employees
- Oversee the recruitment process in a fair and transparent manner
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR departments to process forms, schedule interviews, shortlisting

**Minimum requirements**
- Matric
- Tertiary qualification in Labour Relations, HR or People management (advantageous)
- Tertiary Hotel Management Diploma PLUS at least 5 years industry experience (advantageous)
- 1-2 years recruitment experience (beneficial)
- Strong Administration capabilities
- Strong social media experience (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook Business)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills essential

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Manage the social media aspect of recruiting
