Africonnect Marketing (Pty) Ltd is looking for a Call Centre Sales Manager to provide leadership over multiple campaigns in a rapidly growing operation.

Lead a team of agents and drive Sales targets for various products. Manage general day-to-day team and HR issues. Have a sound understanding of how to drive the sales of various Financial Services products. Be able to motivate and lead staff.

Requirement:
Min 2-3 years of Call center Manager/contact Centre operations management experience.
- Experienced in the Sales of insurance or Financial Services related products
- Previous Management/Leadership role essential EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
- customer service experience
- Data analytics experience
- Minimum 1 year's worth of campaign management experience
- Knowledge of sales principles, techniques, and etiquette
- Proven track record in Sales Management/Coaching/Mentoring - Strong interpersonal skills
- Decision-making and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive & Possess an ability to adapt and solve problems
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding deliverables table to support day and/or night shifts on site strong grasp of contact Centre.
- Effective people management skills
- Salary negotiable aligned to industry norms and experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R5,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
