You will be responsible for defining the platform's strategy, developing a compelling value proposition for SMEs, onboarding partners, and driving user adoption. This is a unique opportunity to create a standalone business within a larger ecosystem, leveraging existing technology and partnerships to empower SMEs and enhance their customer engagement strategies.- This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of innovation, building a revolutionary platform that empowers SMEs and strengthens our overall coalition program.

- **Platform Strategy & Vision**: Define the overall vision and strategic roadmap for the SME Rewards Platform. Conduct market research to understand SME needs and challenges, identify competitor offerings, and position the platform for competitive advantage.
- **Value Proposition & Acquisition**: Develop a compelling value proposition for SMEs, highlighting the benefits of joining the platform (e.g., access to rewards, increased customer engagement, data insights). Develop targeted acquisition strategies to attract diverse SME segments across various industries.
- **Platform Design & Development**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to design and develop the core features and functionalities of the platform. Ensure the platform is user-friendly, scalable, and seamlessly integrates with the existing coalition infrastructure.
- **Partner Ecosystem Management**:Build and manage a thriving ecosystem of SME partners. Negotiate partnership agreements, onboard new partners, and provide ongoing support and training. Foster strong relationships with key anchor partners to leverage their network and drive SME adoption.
- **Pricing & Revenue Model**:Develop a sustainable pricing model for the platform, considering market trends, competition, and value delivered to SMEs. Implement effective revenue-generating strategies that contribute to the platform's growth and profitability.
- **Marketing & Communication**: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to raise awareness and drive adoption of the platform among SMEs. Manage all aspects of communication, including website content, social media engagement, and partner marketing initiatives.
- **Data & Analytics**: Leverage data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the platform, such as user acquisition, engagement, and partner performance. Utilise data insights to optimise platform features, refine marketing strategies, and demonstrate the platform's value to stakeholders.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:Ensure all platform activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Work with compliance teams to mitigate risks and maintain program integrity.
- **Team Leadership & Culture**:Build and lead a high-performing team of professionals responsible for the platform's success. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture, attracting and retaining top talent in the fintech and platform space.
- **Innovation & Continuous Improvement**: Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in the Loyalty & Rewards and marketplace platform space. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the platform, explore new partner integrations, and contribute thought leadership within the team.
- Qualification & Experience- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in building and managing B2B platforms or marketplaces
- Strong understanding of the SME landscape and their unique needs and challenges
- Proven track record of success in developing and launching new products or platforms
- Expertise in partner ecosystem management and negotiation
- Solid business acumen and financial literacy
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
