Are you looking to **start or continue your career as an Educational Psychologist** in a place where you can **grow roots, avoid pollution and traffic**, and still have **fast connection to London for the occasional trip**?

Then this is the perfect role for you. You will be joining a great team of psychologists in a stunning location in the **South East of England **with **easy access the capital,** and enjoying a **lower cost of living. **In addition, my client is** providing u**p to **£8,000 to **help you get established and find a home in the area**.**

If that wasn’t enough they will provide you with** **excellent training tailored to your preferences**, **project leadership opportunities **(which will add points to your scaling), **and the chance to **supervise trainee and assistant EPs** so you can develop your leadership skills.

This is a **hybrid role**, so you are not required to work from the office, although the team do enjoy getting together once per week to see each other and connect. You will basically be visiting** the schools as needed** and **doing statutory work at home or the office as you prefer.**

**The requirements**:

- Registration with HCPC as educational psychologist ESSENTIAL
- 1-2+ years of real experience in schools as edducational psychologist

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Soulbury Scale**:£42,811 - £52,440 depending on experience**
- **£2,000 welcome bonus**
- **£3,000 retention bonus every year**
- **Up to £8,000 mortgage/relocation aid**
- **Hybrid work, agile and mobile**
- **Project leadership opportunities (ELSA, Early Years Intervention, etc.)**
- Supervision of Trainee Assistant EPs to develop your leadership skills
- An **office administrator will take care of admin stuff for you**
- It is hard to get people over there so they will do their best to keep you happy
- **Varied trainings** that will be adapted to your preference, including to do video assessments if interested.
