Yebo Fresh is an online shopping service delivering popular groceries focusing on South Africa’s townships. We serve township families, NGO’s, schools/ ECDs and township businesses such as spaza’s and fast food restaurants.

**Now Hiring: Warehouse Production Supervisor(JHB)**

**Key Role Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Liaise with production planners on daily, weekly and monthly plans and execution as per schedules.
- Provide input into staffing allocation required to meet scheduled work.
- Ensure that production plans are completed by agreed times and communicate expected or actual delays in a timely manner.
- Provide clear and concise information to help resolve issues and disputes between internal stakeholders.
- Supervise allocated picking zones daily replenishment and ensure excess stock is put away in a timely manner.
- Log and account for all waste created by allocated picking zones before the end of day.
- Log and provide commentary for all KPI measures before the end of day.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and stock take as per the schedule.
- Supervise allocated picking zones and escalate all people related issues for assigned staff to Warehouse Manager.
- Note: these are a selection of starting responsibilities and are expected to evolve rapidly with our growth in consultation with your manager._

**Skills needed to fulfill the role**:

- Related tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse environment experience including 6 months management/supervisory experience
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety processes and legislation and food safety experience
- Strong numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience/understanding of inventory management system would be advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy with expert Word and Excel skills (troubleshooting)
- Leadership and people management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organisational and time management skills

**Contract Type**: 3 Month Employment Contract with a 1-months probationary period, with a possibility of becoming permanent.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 per month
