**_Receptionist / PA _**_required for a reputable Accounting company based in_**_ East London, Eastern Cape_**
**_ Position Overview:_**
**_ Responsibilities:_**
1. Answering and Managing Switchboard:
- Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Take accurate messages and relay them promptly.
2. Stationery Orders and Management:
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure adequate stock levels of stationery and other office supplies.
3. Petty Cash:
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Reconcile petty cash on a regular basis.
4. Tea/Cleaning Product Management:
- Monitor and replenish tea and cleaning supplies.
5. Tea Preparation for Partners:
- Prepare tea for partners on selected days as per their preferences.
6. Filing:
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Ensure documents are properly labeled and easily accessible.
8. Excel/Word and Outlook:
9. Performing Odd Errands and Tasks for Partners:
- Attend to occasional errands and tasks as assigned by the partners.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
**_ Requirements:_**
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
