Somerset West, South Africa Giatec Scientific Inc. Full time

As Giatec’s Internal Sales Representative, you will join our International Sales team working remotely from South Africa. You will manage.the inbound MQLs on a daily basis and lead them through the sales process from beginning to end. You will be self-motivated and proactive in contacting target companies to assist regional managers. You will support customers during off-hour time zones with small requests. To be successful in this role you must be self-motivated and willing to pick up the phone and make calls

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage all inbound customer requests in locations world-wide that do not have a local representative
- Nurture existing customers to ensure a positive long-lasting relationship is developed
- Proactively approach new contacts/companies with strong potential
- Identify new opportunities and methods of growth hacking
- Keep detailed records in Giatec’s CRM for future analysis to aid management with decision making
- Monitor and assess global trends for best markets to approach
- Ensure effective coordination and support between international team members and supporting technical issues

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 1-2 years of experience in customer facing roles. Experience in IoT, construction, technology or SaaS is an asset.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English. Additional languages spoken or experience working with various cultures are considered an asset.
- Strong ability to multitask and handle various projects.
- Goal driven, independent and self-starter. Excited by working in a scale-up environment where results are expected, appreciated, and well rewarded.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in order to meet customer needs.
