**Education/Qualifications**:
Minimum Grade 12, Preferably at least a certificate level accounting qualification or work experience to support

**Essential Experience**:
2 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably within the hotel / hospitality industry Special Skills/ Personality Requirements

1. Computer literate with a strong level of excel proficiency

2. Experience working on accounting packages, preferably Navision, alternatively Sage, Pastel, SAP

3. A sound understanding of the creditors function including the management of the creditors age analysis and reconciliations

4. Experience loading payments on any banking platform, as well as the reconciliation of said payments with accounting software vendor detail

5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect and liaise with mid
- and senior management on matters relating to the creditors function

6. Ambitious, and keen on development

7. Clear criminal record

8. Own / reliable form of transport
