**Software Product Owner (JB3516)**
Remote(Fully remote for applicants currently living in Gauteng)
R800 000.00 to R900 000.00 Annually

**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric/Grade 12 or A-Levels
Relevant tertiary qualification/Informatics degree.
Minimum of 5 years’ previous experience as a Senior Business Analyst/Product Owner in software
development projects. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Agile Software development Projects.
Desirable: Post Graduate degree/Honours degree / Business Analyst diploma, BABOK Certification, Agile Certification
Business Analyst/Product Owner experience in the Retail Industry (Advantageous).
Demonstrated ability to communicate in both verbal and written communication.
Logical reasoning and problem solving.
Customer focused approach to work.
Strong communication skills.
Strong presentations skills / Power Point presentations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Senior Agile Business Analyst (BA)/Software Product Owner will elicit, facilitate, synthesise, and present technical
solutions.

Perform Process Reengineering of customer processes.
Facilitate JAD Sessions
Manage User Acceptance Testing
Perform Scrum Master Tasks for internal development team and co-orientate with external supplier
development teams.
