Tertiary degree, diploma or certificate in a related field (SAFE Agile, SCRUM Certification or Project Management)

Agile Practitioner is preferred (or prepared to undertake certification soon after onboarding)

**Experience and Knowledge**:
8 - 10 years’ working experience in Programme or Project Management Position

Additional Experience in the Mining Industry or Banking Industry would be beneficial

Experience in product lifecycle management

Software Development Project Experience

Experience in managing technology / data projects

Experience in working with Project Management Office (PMO)

Agile Project Delivery (Leading Tribes, Chapters, Feature Teams etc.)

**Key Responsibilities**:
Compiling business cases, business requirements and process maps

Creating and Managing project schedules (including SOW, backlogs, task prioritisation and other)

Project RAID management

Project integration and change management

Budget and cost management including procurement and reporting

Quality management

Conflict management and negotiations

Coordinate cross-functional / multi-disciplinary technical teams

Release and configuration Management

Steering Committee Reporting
