High end Hotel in Constantia, CT is looking for an Executive Housekeeper. This role is responsible for the overall Housekeeping deliverables of a 5* establishment and includes:

- Planning
- Budgets
- Staff and Project Management as well as the Hospitality Maintenance Department
- Housekeeping covers all Hospitality outlets including Hotel, Spa, restaurant & bistro.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Education Matric
- Additional Qualifications Hospitality Qualification preferable
- Minimum Work Experience 5 years experience in the same role in a similar 5* environment
- Outlook suite proficient
- Opera Software proficient
- Ability to combine strong analytical skills with business knowledge
- Excellence in planning and execution
- Results orientated
- Ability to develop and evolve long-term strategies while driving tactical projects
- Ability to optimize operational efficiencies (both in terms of time and process management)
- First-rate communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Where required upskills incumbent employees and/or suppliers with progressive industry knowledge
