**KEY PERFORMANCE AREA**
- Developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team
- Design and implement growth plans
- Relationship management between current and new customers
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts
- Management reporting
- Managing a sales budget, ensuring that all expenses are within budget and identifying opportunities for cost savings
- High level of sales and admin skills required

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3 - 5 years of related sales experience
- 1 - 2 years of management experience
- Computer literacy - MS Office (Excel expert level)
- PowerBi literacy advantageous
- Experience in supply to the sports industry advantageous
- Only external sales experience will be considered
- Relevant tertiary qualification

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Wholesale Sales: 5 years (required)
- Management: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
