**Requirements**:

- There is a Position available in Woodmead for an experienced Accounts Payable and Liaison Officer.
- Minimum requirements for this position are as follows: At least a colleague education background, additional qualification as an accountant will be a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an accountant or related will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Efficient when working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in data analysis, for planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Expected duties: Collect invoices and supporting documentations from LSPs or related department.
- Review all invoices against approved quotations.
- Communicate with LSPs if any further documentation is needed.
- Communicate with LSPs regarding errors and queries.
- Ensure all payments to LSP are processed within 15 days of receipt of full documentation and invoice.
- All payment figures to be updated per bill of lading on the Tencent Application.

**Benefits**:

- Basic salary on offer: R 20,0000 to R 35,000.00 negotiable with benefits to be discussed.
