- Managing and coordinating director’s diaries and travel arrangements
- Drafting presentations on power point
- Coordinating meetings with various managers, customers and role-players involved
- Setting up and co-ordinating online meetings using software such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
- Doing reports and presentations as per agreed time and formats
- Preparing invoices and expenses report
- Safekeeping of documentation
- In charge of progress, monthly and management reports
- Internal and external stakeholder liaison
- Coordination of travel arrangements
- Accurately record engagements of the Manager
- Attend to meeting requests on behalf of the Manager
- Prepare briefing notes Involved with the Manager
- Budget documentation collections
- Excellent English written and verbal communication
- Proficient with MS Office package
- Minute taking and memo drafting
- Financial administration knowledge
- Office administration knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Tender documentation
- Ad hoc office administration as required

**Requirements**:

- Completed relevant diploma/degree - administrative or secretarial qualification beneficial
- 3 years' working experience as a PA to the Manager
- Excellent track record
- Clear criminal record
- Very reliable individual needed
- Great telephone etiquette
- Great research skills
- Should have budgeting skills
- Great organising skills
- Self starter
- Administration of confidential tender documentation

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Centurion, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
