Our client, based in Cape Town’s southern suburbs, is looking to hire a Client Services Administrator to provide effective administration and communication between the company and its stakeholders.

This will involve ensuring smooth, accurate and efficient flow of investment operational data and information in order to meet clients’ investment safeguarding and business goals. In so doing, long term relationships, new business generation and growth are supported. Every touchpoint is a chance to make the experience remarkable for all stakeholders.

The job responsibilities will include:
**1. Investor Reporting**

Daily:

- Timeous investor payments (redemptions, switches, new business) on behalf of the investors ensuring optimum investment efficiency
- Post trades: Ensure all documents are saved for audit purposes that relate to a specific trade( proof of payment and contract notes) aligning with compliance and audit requirements
- Reconcile bank statement to cash-flow sheet to ensure all payments were made accurately and efficiently for investment safeguarding process
- Flag to Head of Client Services for first authorisation on payments and conduct second authorisation of payment to ensure accuracy and payment compliance

Monthly:

- Issue new investors with their investor number as well as trades on the reporting system and create new fee classes and funds when needed for tracking and easy access for internal stakeholders
- Once month-end NAVS have been approved by Manco capture all relevant information, prices and trades, on Reporter and ensure the reporting is sent to external administrators
- **Client Onboarding**
- Upload documents to docfox and send to compliance for review
- Once approval is given from compliance capture new Investor on Reporter
- **Client Communication**
- Daily price updates on website for accurate and current investment information
- Send MDD data sheets to morningstar monthly
- Daily mailbox management for effective and timeous actioning of client requests
- Answering audit queries/send audit queries to relevant department

**Requirements of the role**:

- Matric with accounting/maths. Commerce degreepreferred
- 1-2 years min experience in a complex administrativerole in a client focused capacity
