High level of adherence to company policies and procedures, working standards

Building good relationships with guests and other departments

Upselling and maximizing of sales and reduction of wastage/breakage

**Experience and skills**:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a 5-star property

Good food and wine knowledge is essential

Be familiar with operating procedures for all Food and Beverage machines, equipment and tools

Must be guest service orientated, have excellent communication skillsand show attention to detail

**Inherent Requirements**:
Matric Certificate

Full Covid-19 Vaccination mandatory

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From R4,000.00 per month
