A well-established organisation in Wynberg, Sandton is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. Salary will be discussed in the interview.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Have a minimum of 3 years experience with Bookkeeping
- Experience in the Medical Supply industry will be an advantage
- Qualification in Bookkeeping/ Accounting
- Experience with Debtors & Creditors
- Must have experience with international payments
- Must be computer literate in MS Office, Sage Payroll & Sage 200
- Reside within Sandton

**Key Performance Areas**:

- General finances - Cashbook batches, journals, Bank recons etc
- Managing VAT, PAYE a UIF
- Assisting accounting officer with documents for annual income tax and provisional tax
- Ensuring Financial records are accurate and up to date.
- Providing monthly financial statements and Cash flow report
- Ensuring accounts payable are up to date (Accounts receivable handled by debtors clerk)
- Participating in monthly finance meeting
- Assisting with international payments
- Payroll and leave register
- Managing Sales rep commissions
- Payroll including PAYE and leave register
- U-filing
- Managing depreciation and movement of fixed assets
