**Hours of work**: Monday to Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- To update the company’s database and client records accurately and with detailed notes.
- Ability to confidently make information-gathering calls.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
- Any additional ad-hoc researchers’ requests.

**Requirements**:

- Patience, resilience, tenacity, attention to detail, and conscientiousness.
- Strong communication skills and ability to get past ‘gatekeepers’.
- Telephone etiquette and listening skills.
- An excitement to learn from and contribute to a dynamic and interactive team.
- Computer literacy: MS Excel, MS Word. Salesforce experience would be a plus.
- Previous experience in data manipulation—clean or enhance—would be a plus.
