**Bookkeeping & accounting duties include**:
Carrying out daily bank reconciliations
Invoicing
Credit card reconciliation
Recording financial transactions and maintaining ledgers
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Creating management reports
Stock management
Creditors

**Generate administrative duties include**:
Dealing with couriers (inwards and outwards processing)
Dealing with suppliers
Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in bookkeeping (a qualification will be beneficial)
Fluent spoken and written English
Competent with all typical Microsoft software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Previous experience of Sage accounting software would be an advantage
