**Job Summary**

We have created a team of Bank Consultants for GrowthHouse who assist with giving advice and onboarding new Discovery Bank clients. There is now the need for an onboarding and servicing assistant to help the Bank desk with with onboarding clients and with general queries. This is a brand-new team and there is lots of room for growth in the future.

**Description of Job Duties**
- Call clients to get outstanding documents - i.e FICA documents
- Assist with any on-boarding queries, such as guiding clients on how to navigate the Bank app
- Assist the Bank desk with general administrative queries
- Allocate leads sent into a central mailbox
- Assist with aftersales calls to clients
- Assist the Manager of the bank desk with general tasks

**Skills & Requirements**
- Banking experience
- Discovery product experience - Advantageous
- Tertiary education - Advantageous
- Well-presented and professional
- Comfortable with speaking to clients on the phone
- Be client-centric
- Self-driven and motivated
- Have a strong admin ability
- Be willing to work from the office full time - Sandton based office

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandton, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Banking: 2 years (required)
- FICA and Credit: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
