**(one off day per week)**

**STORE ASSISTANT needed in RIVONIA and a STORE ASSISTANT needed in MELROSE ARCH for a collection of beauty products, body care, leather**

**products and gift for everyday living**

**Area**:1 x in Rivonia and 1 x Melrose Arch

**Working hours**: Monday - Saturday: 08h45 for 09h00 - 18h15. Sunday: 08h45 for 09h00 - 16h15
**(one off day per week)**

**Duties**: Responsible for overall managerial & operational responsibility of the Store

Achieving and maintaining the Store Budgets incl. the overall store profitability (Incl expense)

Maintain customer relations at a high standard

Ensure all store operating manuals are enforced and adherence to standard operating procedures

Monitor standards of service, presentation and merchandising.

Able to articulate the story behind key brands within the store.

Ensure the store provides excellent first-class service

Store stock control including ordering, invoice processing and stock take

Responsible for store admin for example filing

Ensure cleaning procedures are carried out and health and hygiene standards are complied with

Responsible for maintenance in the retail department

Assertive decision making in resolving customer queries & complaints

Execute merchandising using own creativity and guidelines

Protect and defend the system standards, policy and company brand

**Requirements**:Matric is a must, able to use basic PC program, previous retail/sales experience would be preference, outgoing and bubbly personality is preferred. Ability to strike nature conversation with walk in customers is critical

**Start Date and contract term**: Starting 15th May, latest 1st June

**Salary: Salary: R7000 per month + monthly comms on store based target**

**All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements**:
**Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.**

**Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.**

**Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.**

**Must have a clear criminal record**

**Must have a passion for children**

**Must have Matric**

**Must have a South African ID document.**
