Our client, based in the Ballito area, seeks to urgently appoint a suitably qualified HR/Payroll and Finance Clerk with direct expereince of Sage VIP for payroll and Pastel Accounting to join their team. Matric with at least 3 years’ expereince in a similar role is essential. HR/Payroll responsibilities include: Payroll preparation, HR administration and reporting (leave, absenteeism, workmen’s compensation) as well as maintaining disciplinary schedules. Finance administration responsibilities include: Managing and reconciling petty cash, invoicing, debtors and creditors, maintaining and updating the insurance asset register, assisting with company insurance claims and administration of the fleet (licensing, servicing, driver’s license schedule). Relieving front of house and assisting with ad hoc sales from time to time. A code 08 drivers’ license is also required.
