**The position reports to the Brand Manager.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive and evolving social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Collaborate with the creative, CRM and Paid teams to produce strategies, as well as high-quality visual and written content that captivates our audience.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Analyse social media metrics and provide regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging platforms to ensure our social media strategy remains cutting-edge.
- Foster relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify our brand's reach.
- When needed, respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

**Attributes Required**:

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative and critical thinker with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret social media metrics.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Understanding of e-commerce and online retail trends is a plus.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Additional social media coursework or training is advantageous.
- Minimum of 3- 5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media advertising and budget management.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meltwater, Conversocial, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Graphic design or video editing skills are advantageous.
- Knowledge of the e-commerce industry and consumer behavior in the online space is preferred.
