**Job Purpose**:
To create and lead the transformation agenda and best in class supply chain practices for the Function by optimising processes through automation & technology adoption, capability enhancement, institutionalization of best practices to improve performance, profitability, increased cost savings and thereby contribute in achieving the Function goals.

Critical role in assisting the Supply Chain team in analyzing and optimizing supply chain processes. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Analyst Manager to gather and analyze data, generate reports, prepare presentations and contribute to the development and implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the field of supply chain management.

**Accountabilities**:
Support the process of SCM transformation by identifying & prioritizing initiatives and assist in ensuring achievement of deliverables as per the agreed timelines.

Support Institutionalization of best practices across the Function to improve performance and achieve Function goals.

Translate technology strategy and decisions into agreed programs and deliver transformation objectives to achieve the medium and long-term Function goals.

Assisting in driving capability building initiatives in the Function that addresses the capability gaps and result in tangible organizational and professional development outcomes.

Drive Project Management & governance of transformation initiatives

**Education Qualification**:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or a related field.

**Relevant Work Experience**:
1+ Years’ experience / Supply Chain in Pharma industry experience beneficial

Experience in driving Continuous Improvement projects is an added advantage

Skill set : Strong communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, ability to influence cross functional stakeholders, project management skills, entrepreneurial mindset to drive impact in new areas

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools like Power BI, Qlikview, Qliksense).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with the ability to handle and analyze large datasets.

Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the supply chain field.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
