- Efficiency Enhancement - Identify and implement systems to improve overall business efficiency, contributing to increased profitability.
- Business Growth - Provide evidence of previous success in growing and expanding profitability within a business setting
- Excel and Presentation Skills - Proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Ability to present information clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in operations management, particularly within food production environment.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on financial management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and adept at creating compelling presentations.
- Demonstrated success in stock and system management.
- Track record of growing and expanding profitability in a business.
