The role of this position is to improve existing processes, naturally facilitating, optimising human resource processes and ensuring that all HR operations runs smoothly. In order to do so, this role will work with the HR administrator in developing HR administrative and data base systems to produce HR reports and work on projects as required in order to meet HR Strategic objectives. The responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist in the day-to-day activities of our HR information systems.
- Recording and processing employee information to produce HR reports including annual leave, salaries, working hours and remuneration.
- Supporting and assist with the employee cycle from recruitment, onboarding up to termination and updating systems.
- Reporting to the Director and supporting management on structural policy matters related to the HR.
- Maintaining data integrity by regularly analysing data.
- Designing user-friendly processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Ensuring all HR-related documents are compliant with data protection laws.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Coordination/Administration position.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Practical experience with HR database administration, including payroll systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
**Salary**: From R10,000.00 per month
