**E-commerce Co-Ordinator**

A well-established and fast-growing international brand in the footwear industry is looking to employ someone in the role of **E-Commerce Co-Ordinator** to join their dynamic team.

The E-Commerce Co-Ordinator is a hands-on position focused on handling day-to-day responsibilities of our website and digital marketing activities. This role will be responsible for operational e-commerce tasks, including product management, implementing promotions and on-site merchandising content. In addition, this person will collaborate cross-functionally with product, retail, digital agency and customer service teams to drive sales and optimize the customer online experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Operational:

- Ensure that all E-Commerce operational activities are consistently executed according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on-time
- Monitor returns with the customer service team and assist to reduce the return %
- Work closely with the merchandise planner and logistics to minimize cancelled orders
- Brief on-site merchandising to digital agency (landing pages, newsletters, links etc)
- Managing customer queries and escalating when necessary

Merchandising:

- Product data management: ensure that all product data is correct including images, descriptions, detail and pricing
- Manage the overall listing process to ensure products are created and live on the site in-time for launches and campaigns
- Create collection links to feature products for launches and campaigns and execute site walks
- Merchandising management: ensure that all products are merchandised into the correct collections and categories

Stock:

- Work closely with the merchandise planner to ensure stock is allocated and live on site to drive commercial growth
- Stock availability: monitor stock holding and report weekly on buyable and inactive products to ensure stock targets are met
- Monitor on-site selection and ensure availability in advance for launches, updates, campaigns and promotional activity
- Co-ordinate and communicate pricing changes to the digital and customer services team

Site Improvements:

- Work with the E-commerce Manager to identify site enhancements and issues
- Monitor site navigation, search, categories and filters alongside the merchandising strategy
- Supporting on merchandising checks (site walks, customer reviews, newsletters, landing pages etc)

**Requirements**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification required
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in a digital role
- Commercial acumen
- Competency in MS Office packages, particularly Excel

**Competencies Required**:

- A strong understanding of lifestyle brands and the market opportunities within the retail, wholesale and E-Commerce sector
- Strong written and communication skills
- Organized and ability to prioritize
- Comfortable with learning and adapting to new systems
